Food Geek Review: All About The Cheese Stuffed Mac and Cheese

I know, I’ve already talked, and raved about this place twice before,

(Which you can read about here:

and

but after trying and loving three different sandwiches from this place, I figured I owed you readers one last grilled cheese sandwich review.   And what better way to conclude this Grilled Cheese Trilogy then with a  sandwich that takes two of my favorite comfort foods and blends them into one amazingly cheese-tastic sandwich, the Stuffed Mac and Cheese sandwich.

What we have here, in this sandwich, it is melted cheddar and jack cheese, along with the All About The Cheese homemade macaroni and cheese, which you know I’m a huge fan of already, all put in between two pieces of sourdough bread.  Describing this sandwich in only two words, it’s Cheese Nirvana.  If you’re any type of cheese lover, this is the sandwich for you.

Now, if you, like the name of the truck, are all about the cheese, then of course you’re going to get a side of Macaroni and Cheese to go along with it.  It’s a bit of cheese overkill, but, if you’re going to conclude a trilogy of grilled cheese reviews you have to go big or go home.     And once again that’s homemade macaroni and cheese, with a bit of Gouda put in there as well to really set everything off nicely.

There’s still plenty of other options to try when you see the All About The Cheese food truck in your area, so definitely get out there and try them all.  I know I will.
